Subhash is a multi-faceted personality. He is a HR, OD, Talent Development Adviser, Corporate Trainer Certified, Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Soft Skills Trainer, Certified Motivational Speaker, International Parental Coach, Champion Motivator, Key Note Speaker, Mentor, Voice Over Actor & Singer.
He inspires, motivates and encourages individuals to unleash their potential and has been instrumental in the lives of 1000s of them and is one of the most sought of trainer / coach in Kuwait. His 35 years of research and understanding of people has put his thoughts in unleashing the potential of those to the path of growth and fulfilment. In his career he has held senior positions in HR / Management and has worked with several nationalities which has given him a leading edge to understand and inspire them to work.
He has trained school children, college, university students to those in corporates on various topics whether it is just story telling or public speaking, importance of discipline or business etiquette, time management or achieving to the fullest, to name a few. All his sessions have been dynamic & interactive that the participants have thoroughly enjoyed and felt they are motivated and inspired. Unanimously his sessions and messages are accepted at the very root level in terms of importance of values and integrity.
He has also given speeches and conducted sessions at various associations and public forums, schools, colleges and universities viz. Heriot Watt University, Kuwait; American University of the Middle East, Kuwait; IGNOU, Kuwait; Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, Bharati Vidhapeeth Deemed University, Pune; SRIT, Prodattur, Andhra Pradesh; D G Vaishnav, School of Management, Chennai; SIVET College, Chennai, Rotary Clubs, in Chennai, Hyderbad and Mysore; to name a few. He has conducted several virtual sessions across the world from his studio in Kuwait.
Subhash has also served as Accolade Jury and Chairperson at various events. He was key note speaker in various International Conferences.
As a voice over actor, he was selected to give voice for Mahatma Gandhi for 2 documentary movies. He has also provided voice overs for Global University, World Bank, to name a few. Has done several 1000s of voice overs across in various genres including over 45 audiobooks, corporate documentaries, youtube channels, advertisements, story telling, elearning, commercials and animations to name a few.
With all the above, he has never failed to entertain the audience with his singing capabilities. He has been on various live stage shows in singing from 1979 onwards and have won various prizes and entertained several thousands on many stage shows.
He has received Sanskruti Award from ICS Kuwait, Guru Shiromani Award from PAAI, India and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Excellence Award 2023-24 for Motivational Role Model from Maharishi Institute of Technology, India & PAAI.
